| The pre-school education of ethnic minority of Xinjiang is not only the base ofthe national education but also the foundation career of bilingual educationdevelopment of ethnic minority area, which plays an irreplaceable role ofcultivatinginter-disciplinary talentswho are able of “mastering both ethnic and Hanâ€and improving cultural quality of the whole ethnic minority and prompting theeconomic, culture and other social careers of ethnic minority area. So the pre-schoolteaching of ethnic minority is not only aimed to let children inherit the outstandingtraditional culture of their own ethnics but also aimed to get them into the mainstreamof society and get themselves the utmost development.The article chooses kindergarten A at Wushi Town of Akesu area as the practicalkindergarten to acting participative observation and interviews deeply with fourbilingual teachers, four heads of kindergarten from town-center and two high-schoolteachers who understand the local development of pre-school bilingual education well.The article also discusses and analyzes the problems of bilingual education in Akesuarea.The study adopts quality-analysis software NVivo10.0to analyze observationrecords, study logs, interview audios and etc. The problems of kindergartens in thevillage, country and town of Akesu area focus on the follows through the way ofcoding grade by grade: the analysis on bilingual teaching aims of pre-school; theanalysis on bilingual teaching model of pre-school; the analysis on teaching contentand teaching organization format; the analysis on bilingual teaching evaluation. Thereason for this is the shortage of preschool bilingual teachers, the task is hard;bilingual teachers’ professional level is limited; preschool education at the grass-rootslevel managers lack of bilingual teaching experience; parents backward educationidea. The strategies to promote the development of pre-school bilingual education areto establish the appropriate pre-school bilingual education evaluation system, toperfect pre-school teachers’ cultivation mechanism, to quick the establishment of theranks of teachers, to develop multi-bilingual teaching model and educate the childrenboth at home and school to create a good language study environment. |
