In this paper, from a middle school geography teacher’s point of view, selected "Required2"(the edition published by People’s Education Press) in the "traditionalindustrial areas" content for the object, case studies of teaching practice, the use ofliterature and case studies combining methods, teaching from the case practice andliterature data start to explore the case teaching method focuses on teaching highschool geography from the practical level, and geography teaching in case ofproblems, initially proposed countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is "introduction", from threeaspects of the background, raised the issue of the study, discusses the purpose andsignificance of the study; the second part is "literature review" related concepts thedefinition of the selected study area, on this basis, for domestic and international casestudies of teaching history to be recalled, the study of the current situationcommentary; the third part,"research methods", combining research and researchpurposes, to determine the research methods, The main use of literature research andcase studies; the fourth part is "theoretical basis", according to research, select theconstructivist learning theory and the humanistic learning theory as the theoreticalsupport of this article; the fifth part of " the practical research of human geographycase teaching in high school", as the main part of the paper.
