This study by the way of questionnaire, sample to conduct empirical analysis of the factors affecting the ideological and moral teaching adaptability to540Maqu Tibetan middle school students.Structural equation model analysis showed that, the textbook adaptability factor is affecting factors are curriculum objectives, teaching system, teaching methods and students. Textbook adaptability according to the level of sequence of curriculum objectives, teaching factors, teaching materials and students. The survey results show that, the Tibetan middle school students of the ideological and moral teaching adaptability in a bit to score area, is to adapt and adapts well to score zone is still some distance, at the same time, there are1/3students to teaching materials are not suited. Therefore, the relevant departments must be scientifically improve curriculum objectives, teaching system, teachers should continuously improve teaching methods, and to pay special attention to the actual needs of minority students, in order to improve the adaptability of Tibetan junior school students, teaching material, the two aspects of teaching materials and teaching methods is an important field of current education in ethnic areas should be efforts to strengthen governance.In the overall adaptability analysis found:the educational administrative departments, schools, teachers, parents should pay attention to, work and pull together, creating good conditions for learning, enhance the adaptability of students in teaching, improve teaching quality, promote the comprehensive development of students; students, rural students, poor economic status of students, students non-only child of the ideological and moral teaching adaptability of low; minority middle and low grade students of the ideological and moral teaching adaptability is low; school reward and the teacher praised and fewer students, class comprehensive performance and ideological and moral education of poor students of the ideological and moral teaching adaptability is low; to study the thought personal character class is not interested in students, ideological and moral lessons to learn the students lack confidence and didn’t like the thought personal character class teacher students of the ideological and moral teaching adaptability of low; parents of students with low expectations for students ideological and moral teaching adaptability of low. Multiple group analysis showed that, teaching methods, teaching system of Tibetan students, ordinary schools of Tibetan students, urban students, economic conditions are good students, only child, good student, as a cadre of students and get over the impact of school students more; greater influence of curriculum objectives of low grade students a greater impact, teaching methods, teaching material system of high grade students; greater influence of curriculum objectives, teaching methods and teaching material system of the thought of learning interest and confidence and moral lessons of Tibetan students and parents expectations of children students.
