The artistic culture just aims atnurturing and affecting college students to step on the road to art through various methods sothat their favorable moral qualities and social responsibilities can be developed, which plays animportant role in the socialist ideological and ethical construction.The second chapter mainly explains the behaviors and reasons of deficiency of collegestudents’ artistic culture. What’re the reasons for the deficiency of college students’ artisticculture?
