| The course of art involves a wide range of knowledge and is characterized with comprehensiveness. It is directly or implicitly related to social sciences, natural sciences, and human studies. It is a essential part in quality education, and plays a role that cannot be replaced by any other discipline. In art learning, stress should be put on the learning of artistic culture. This paper deals with the learning of artistic culture in three aspects: 1, the relations between the artistic culture and art; 2, the learning of artistic culture in classroom teaching; 3, the importance of the learning of artistic culture to the individual development of the students. It cites a lot of examples to show that without the learning of artistic culture, the teaching of art will lose vitality just like a flower pulled out the soil. |
