Research On The Opportunities And Challenges Of The China’s Patriotic Education In New Era

Moral education is an important part of the ideological and political education,strengthenning and improving the Patriotic Education occupies a central position of moraleducation in universities, which is also an important part of moral education in universities.Contemporary college students are characteristics of China’s socialist construction, nationalrejuvenation of force, whether their patriotic ideas advanced, directly related to the success ofChina’s socialist construction characteristics and national prosperity. The traditional patrioticeducation no longer fit the characteristics of the new situation of college students. Theglobalization of in political, economic and cultural, the imbalances of domestic economicdevelopment, the advence of the network information age,these factors take some impact andchallenges to the traditional patriotic education. Meanwhile, the new round of "curriculum",establishing of the socialist core value system, the advance of the strategy of culturaldevelopment and prosperity, also provides favorable conditions for patriotic education.Universities should seize the historic opportunity to comprehensively promote the importantpatriotic education reform, training of young to work hard for the Chinese dream’s realizationof the great rejuvenation in new era.This article wants to studies on the opportunities and challenges of university education inpatriotism faces in the following four points: The first part, this article introduces the simpleconcepts of the patriotism and patriotic education, and introduces the era significance ofpatriotic education; The second part,it mainly contrapose present situation and existingproblems of current patriotism education in colleges and universities in our country，summarizes the coexist of challenges of patriotism education；The third part, this article analysisthe deep-seated problems which cause the current status of university education in patriotism;Final,it analysis the historical opportunity of the patriotism education in colleges anduniversities in new era，and present countermeasures to improve and strengthen the patrioticeducation colleges under the new opportunities.
