Learning transfer is an important part of learning theory, has alwaysbeen concerned by educators and psychologists. Through the researchshows that learning transfer is a common phenomenon in learning, whereis learning there is migration occurs, take the migration theory to physicsteaching practice is an issue worthy of study."Teaching for Transfer" hasbecome a very popular slogan in the education sector.Learning transfer refers to an impact about a study to another study,which include the impact of the knowledge, skills or attitudes. This effecthas both positive effects and negative effects. In this paper, we conducteda questionnaire survey in some high school students in GuiZhou Provinceto understand the main factors which affecting the current middle schoolstudents on learning transfer. Through the survey can be found: thestudents’ interesting learning, emotion, motivation, mindset, teacher’sguidance and so on, will have a certain impact on the transfer of learning.Under the guidance of learning transfer theory, combined with thespecific experience of the author in the forefront of teaching, so propose ateaching strategy to promote positive transfer and suppress negativemigration in high school physics class room, to provide a theoreticalreference for those teachers who work at the forefront of physicsteaching.This article includes the following six sections: The first sectionintroduces the background and significance of the study; The second section describes the transfer theory of learning related to this article; Thethird section analysis the main factors affect the physical transfer learningthrough the questionnaire survey; The fourth section describes teachershould how to promote student’s positive transfer in physics classroom;The fifth section describes how to use teaching strategies to effectivelysuppress student’s negative transfer; The sixth section of this papersummarizes the research work and inadequate.
