The art of teaching art education evaluation is to achieve overall development ofstudents and to promote the service, but in the traditional fine arts teaching, teaching andassessment are separated from each other, exist outside evaluation of teaching, and the artof teaching art to students learning outcomes assessment evaluation representing theproportion of overweight rating content, the learning process for the students of Fine Arts,the evaluation of emotional attitudes and values do too much attention, not evenconcerned. This evaluation method hinders the overall development of students, theimpact of the cultivation of students’ personality. The new standard requires a new artcurriculum with suitable teaching evaluation, the new curriculum seeks to promote thedevelopment of guiding students on the basis of self-evaluation to reflect on. This newevaluation methods advocated reform curriculum features art teacher in the art of teachingin a variety of evaluation methods to use, not only for art students to evaluate learningoutcomes, but also to evaluate the students’ learning process art, attitudes and values.Portfolio assessment is one of the qualitative evaluation of the way the new curriculumstandards advocated in the new curriculum reform, the advantages of portfolio assessmentapproach more obvious. Our primary school teachers begin this evaluation conductedtheoretical and practical research. I am in the school library to look through the literatureon portfolio assessment in the background and meaning of the resulting portfolioassessment, and elaborated on the basis of summarizing domestic and overseas researchon portfolio assessment, through questionnaires, I am a local elementary school inLiaocheng status of art teaching evaluation conducted a survey, analyze and organizequestionnaire data obtained through the evaluation status of primary school art teachingnow, according to the advantages of portfolio assessment, portfolio assessment on thefeasibility of elementary art teaching applied for analysis. Design a complete elementaryschool art portfolio assessment program and to investigate their specific case study inLiaocheng Beishun primary operation, finally put forward thinking portfolio assessment.
