Nowadays inquiry teaching is an important part of mathematics teaching. But inthe traditional environment, there are many teaching problems, such as create situationsimpractical, inquiry process and so on. With the deepening of the new curriculumteaching reform, information technology by multimedia and network as the core hasbeen widely applied in teaching. Inquiry teaching under network environment isconducive to creating situation, etc. Because there are little practice and research aboutPrimary Mathematics teaching under network environment, teachers feel puzzled toteach primary mathematics in network environment.With an extensive literature research and case analysis in this study, it is summedup that there are some shortcomings in the mathematical inquiry teaching undernetwork environment. From the view of the object mode implementation, more studysfocused the high school students and less focused the primary; ignored outside scientificinquiry teaching mode; mode types, mainly classified according to the type ofknowledge, there is no time stage analysis; description about the mode processes, butnot an enough detailed;etc.In this study, relying on basic education under “the network environment by leapsand bounds development of innovative pilot project (mathematics)”, in support of thetheory of the development of children’s thinking on teaching cases on a large number ofnetwork environment analysis, using first "the combination of the interpretation of thelaw "and" induction "build" Primary Mathematics inquiry teaching model in thenetwork environment. In accordance with the different implementation of on-site (forthe course, inside and outside class, extra-curricular), the model is divided into theclassroom to explore the sub-mode,"and practice" sub-modes and extra-curricularextension "sub-mode. Then it is made that in-depth analysis of elementary school mathematics teaching strategies in the network environment, from the point of the depthof teaching, with the characteristics of elementary school mathematics knowledge. It issummed up the seven teaching strategies enhance strategies, such as put forward thestrategy of preparation before the inquiry, situational creation strategy, the problem to beinvestigated to set policy, to explore their own policy, the consolidation exercise strategy,thinking expansion strategy.This study is the departure from teaching content and teaching methods ofmathematics in the elementary school, combined with the current issues and theadvantages of information technology, gives a relatively clear description of thecharacteristics of each strategy, meaning, scope and case. The conclusion of the studycannot only help mathematics teachers in primary school more accurately to grasp themeaning of mathematical inquiry teaching theory, but also provide concrete ways andmeans for deep-level integration of information technology and mathematics courses.
