PurposesAs more and more countries have implemented aerospace program and adjusted theirmilitary strategic deployment in recent years, a group of high-qualified aviation medicalexaminers is needed for this powerful strategic intent. Therefore, as the only professionalaerospace medicine training institute of the whole army, we, by all means, should improvethe quality of clinical teaching, convert medical security forces into combat effectivenessof the army, transform generating patterns, strengthen combat effectiveness of the army, and guarantee the health of members of the army. With the requirement of sanitation anddisease prevention work, the headquarters has started to extend about30%cadres ofaviation medical examiners. Under the circumstances of burdensome cultivation task andshortage of clinical teaching resources, how to plan the usage of clinical teachingresources as a whole and how to reasonably arrange the rotation of clinical teaching seemto be particularly important. The quality control of clinical teaching of aerospace medicinewill directly affect the students clinical skills, and even affect the formation andrecovery of the combat effectiveness of air units. By designing undergraduate clinicalteaching quality monitoring index system of aerospace medicine, this paper measures thelevel of clinical teaching quality monitoring in this military medical university by quantized index. The accomplishment of index system has an important practicalsignificance in improving its clinical teaching quality, enhance supervision and intensifyprocess control.MethodsBy designing the decision table of the designation and detailed rules on undergraduateclinical teaching quality monitoring index system of aerospace medicine major, usingDelphi method, and employing13relevant domain experts, we analyzed expert authoritylevel from three aspects like academic level, criterion of problems and the familiarity ofproblems. Subsequently, the first round of questionnaires for experts was given out, andthen the model of index system was counted and modified, the results were anonymouslyreported back to the experts. Furthermore, the second round of questionnaires for expertswas given out, and agreement then reached finally.ResultsThe analysis of expert authority level demonstrates that the authority level weightnumber of all experts q is greater than0.7. In the first round of questionnaires for experts,13questionnaires gave out with13questionnaires back and all were valid, among which6invalid opinions, and all27three-level indexes acquired more than80%expertsagreement; meanwhile,20set detailed rules of assessment acquired more than80%experts agreement, and8set detailed rules of assessment acquired50-80%expertsagreement. In the second round of questionnaires for experts,13questionnaires gave outwith13questionnaires back and all were valid, among which1invalid opinion, and33three-level indexes acquired more than80%experts agreement, only one three-levelindexes acquired more than90%experts agreement; meanwhile,31set detailed rules ofassessment acquired more than90%experts agreement, and3set detailed rules ofassessment acquired70%experts agreement. Through these two rounds, an index systemwith4one-level indexes,15two-level indexes and34three-level indexes was finallyformed.ConclusionAfter the establishing of undergraduate clinical teaching quality monitoring indexsystem of aerospace medicine major and consistency analysis of the results, the consistentdegree of experts results is very high. In addition, it has higher reliability and scientificity. Therefore, the system can be used as a tool for evaluating undergraduate clinical teachingquality monitoring level of aerospace medicine major...
