The Researching Of Educational Development Strategy In The Circumstance Of Urbanization

Urbanization has made our country undergone major changes in many aspects, suchas demographic structure, environmental education, educational goals, requiring oftalents deeply. How to adapt the requiring of urbanization and adjust the educationaldevelopment strategy to the new situation would be an important issue.After five developmental stages, our country’s urbanization has gotten into a periodof rapid development, which requires that the society needs to cultivate the new type oftalents who can adapt it. As the carrier of cultivating brilliant talents, educationundertakes the main responsibility. However，due to the unbalanced development，resulting in the regional disparity, polarization between urban and rural area, theimperfection of educational system and other issues in the development of education,which resulted in the development of education could not satisfy the requiring ofurbanization。Therefore, we must from process of urbanization and the development ofeducation and its relationship of both to seek policy solutions。Urbanization and education need interdependence and promote each other. Inspecific process, during urbanization, the problem of newly increased population’seducation has to be solve; satisfying the requiring of urbanization to talents completely ineducational planning; promoting the both benign interacting for the purpose ofharmonious development then alleviating the present problem and contradiction.
