Having a wide knowledge of the current situation of researches,we found that at present the domestic researches focus their mostresearches about the development of secondary schools ongovernment’ responsibilities, drawbacks of management system, therelative laws and regulations, and the substantial financialinvestment for rural schools. However, the issues have been ignoredabout how to develop the urban schools during urbanization process.Since one of the essential characteristics of urbanization is that thevillage people enter the cities continuously and rural educationalresources are being wasted. Meanwhile, large influxes of villagestudents to the cities have made urban education systemsoverburdened, resulting in the imbalance of basis educationresources. With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, thereis no doubt that rural education will be urbanized at the same time.Therefore, it is the most important issue to accept quantities of ruralstudents for urban schools to solve the problem of education’surbanization.According to the situation above, the paper takes two middleschools in Linfen City,No.1Middle School of Linfen and The Experimental Middle School of Shanxi Normal University as twoexamples to make a research in-depth about the Urban schools’difficulties during urbanization process. In the paper, the means ofreading literature, questionnaire, interviews are used. Then the paperput forward some concrete measures in the aspect of financialallocations, school Construction, student management and teachers’providing to solve the problems due to a year-on-year increase ofurban students. The paper gets relative data from the questionnaireby means of sampling theory, including950questionnaires from twopublic schools. The statistics results from the interviews in-depthwith the students and teachers have been analyzed by the software ofSPSS17.0. Having the results sorted, concluded and analyzed, wefound that Public schools in Linfen city are all less than perfect inequipment, teaching and cumpus culture.Through the study, we find that Public schools in Linfen city are allless than perfect in equipment, teaching and cumpus culture. As theurbanization is going on, some public schools take effective measuresfor the increasing students. For example, No.1Middle School of Linfenmade an extension to keep more students inside. However, there willbe many problems such as the lack of qualified teachers and teachingconditions. In this way, the school could not give students a all-rounddevelopment. In order to make an improvement, the paper putsforward some suggestions following. First, the government shouldtake a leading part in financial allocations. Second, To strengthen theconstruction of campus culture is necessary. Third, rural students,the entirety of whose character is still not high should be paid moreattention to get an all-round development. Forth, qualified teachers and their high qualities are needed. The teachers should have noblemoral spirits, excellent teaching ability and be well-liked by theirstudents. What’s more, school psychologist should be employed tosolve more psychological healthiness problems.
