With the rapid development of society, the gap between urban and rural areas in theeducation resources and the education concept is growing. The Chinese ability of urbanjunior students and the rural junior students is also polarization. Especially in rural areas,under the background of lacking education teaching resources and education concept,students’ Chinese foundation is weak and their basic listening, speaking, reading andwriting ability is generally low. Chinese basic ability is low which will influencestudents’ further study, their future work and their all-round lifelong development.This article takes Baihe rural area of AnKang city in Shaanxi Province as an example,based on the situation of remote rural middle school, and focus on the integration ofexisting education resources; it guides and helps students to improve their ability ofChinese, especially in daily life and must-grasp knowledge. The article discusses how toimprove junior students’ Chinese ability from teachers and students expects upon andlisting rural students’ current Chinese ability. The ways to improve the students’ Chineseability from the teacher are basing on the reality transforming education concept, raisingthemselves-cultivation and doing the demonstration. Teachers should combine the localsituation to organize the independent, cooperation and inquiry dialogue teaching style.Teachers should guide the students study from in-class to out-class etc. The ways toimprove the students’ Chinese ability from the students are thinking more, combininglearning and thinking and expanding the amount of reading. The students shouldstrengthen oral communication practice to combine the listening and speaking. It can enhance students’ ability of Chinese in practice focusing on the combination of listening,speaking, reading, and writing.
