Objective: To study muscle surface electromyographic characteristics and the effects ofmuscle strength and flexibility with different stretching mode, and duration on hip, knee joint inperiodic static stretching training. After evaluation of periodic training effect between differentstretch posture and time, longitudinal observation in the process of stretching the muscles at thesame time, characteristics of electric changes in facial provides rich stretch the basic research ofdigital theory support. Focus on sports training practice, diversity of static stretching the actualeffect.Research Methods:According to the static stretching of different postures and duration,24students of ShenyangSport University were divided into A,B,C groups of each group of8people:group A (three kindsof stretching posture, stretching for30seconds), group B (the same stretching posture as groupA,stretching for60seconds), group C (three kinds of stretching posture, the same stretching timeas group A).The object of study were trained for6weeks,3times per week, each training20minutes. Using Finland ME6000electromyography tester, HUR rehabilitation strength trainingtest systems and joint protractor machine, sEMG activity of knee muscle, strength and range ofmotion were measured. Using Spss17.0statistical software to analyze experimental data andstatistics, experimental data were expressed as mean±standard deviation. The paired T test andindependent sample T test were used to evaluate data.Results:1. surface electromyography excitability of knee muscle. A group of rectus femorisstretch after the training had significant lower(P=0.012,P<0.05); femoral medial muscle beforeand after training, there was significant lower(P=0.002,P<0.05);the vastus lateralis muscletraining have significant lower (P=0.023,P<0.05); the medial head of the gastrocnemiusmuscle training significantly after the lower (P=0.03, P<0.05). Unit two biceps flexion aftertraining had significant lower(P=0.009, P<0.05). B group of rectus femoris stretch after thetraining had significant lower (P=0.023,P<0.05);the vastus lateralis muscle training havesignificant lower(P=0.019,P<0.05). Unit two biceps long head flexion after training hadsignificant lower(P=0.016,P<0.05).C group of rectus femoris stretch after the training hadsignificant lower(P=0.018,P<0.05); the vastus lateralis muscle training have significantlower(P=0.002,P<0.05); unit two biceps long head after the training had significant lower (P=0.00,P<0.05); semitendinosus muscle training significantly after the lower(P=0.007,P<0.05);the vastus medialis muscle flexion after training had significant lower(P=0.018,P<0.05);thevastus lateralis muscle training have significant lower(P=0.001, P<0.05); two biceps longhead after the training had significant difference training had significant lower (P=0.004,P<0.05); semitendinosus after training had difference significant lower (P=0.013, P<0.05);A, B group of lateral gastrocnemius muscle flexion after the training had significantlower(P=0.013,P<0.05);A,C group of vastus lateralis muscle stretch after the training hadsignificant lower(P=0.003,P<0.05); lateral gastrocnemius muscle flexion after the training hadsignificant lower(P=0.041, P<0.05).2.Three groups of training hip flexion range have significant rise(A group P=0.04, P<0.05, Bgroup P=0.034, P<0.05, C group P=0.009, P<0.05); A group of knee and hip extension activitiesand C group also had significant rise(P=0.034,P<0.05and P=0.031,P<0.05). A,B group andA,C group of knee flexion and extension after the training had significant rise (P=0.014, P<0.05and P=0.019, P<0.05).3.C group strength after extension training has significant lower(P=0.042, P <0.05), andflexion strength had significant lower(P=0.004, P<0.05).Conclusions:1Static stretching can be reduce muscle excitability, increase the flexibility ofthe muscle.2With the increase of static stretching training time, gradually reduce the muscleexcitability。3Different time or static stretching posture have the same effect on muscle nerveexcitability, consistent flexibility and strength.
