The classical poetry teaching is an important part in senior middleschool Chinese class,which inherit the tradition of the ancient Chinesepoetry teaching.The classical poetry teaching plays an essential role incultivating the personality and enhancing the ability of the students. Thisthesis starts from the author’s teaching practice, attempting to dig out itsuniversal applicability and regular pattern, so as to improve the teachingquality of the author his own,or to share with the front line teachers asmutual encouragement. Meanwhile the author redesigned some classicallesson examples,taking advantage of the traditional teaching pattern andexpect to acquire the essence of the traditional poetry teaching.In order to reveal the rule more clearly,the thesis was divided intofour section: the first section is introduction,which elaborates the raiseof the problem,the methods, and the significance of the study. Thesecond Section is the analysis of the current situation in the senior middleschool classical poetry teaching. The third Section is the optimizingstrategies of senior middle school classical poetry teaching. The fourthSection is the body of the thesis, inquiring into the pattern of the seniormiddle school classical poetry teaching, in which three traditionalteaching patterns were enumerated.
