The continuous development of information technology in education provides themajority of primary and secondary school teachers with a more independent and flexible wayto professional development. It also offers better service and support to teachers’ lifelonglearning. Education informationization supports the teaching and self-development ofprimary and secondary teachers. At the same time, it makes new demands on teachers, whichare both an opportunity and a challenge to most teachers. Our research is to explore theimplementation strategy of primary and secondary school teachers with the support ofnetwork technologies from the aspect of practice.This study belongs to the gansu province education science "twelfth five-year" plan keyfunding project-" To Improve the Teachers’ Teaching Design Ability by Network TeachingResearch ". mainly focus on the primary and secondary school IT teachers in Wuwei, GansuProvince. This study bases on the Constructivism learning theory, Adult learning theory aswell as the Learning community theory to carry out teaching and research practice. The studywill start from the perspective of technology, subjects and area of teaching and researchactivities, using literature analysis method to analyze the current situation of networkteaching research. Through questionnaires, we can know the present situation that the ITteachers participate in teaching and research in Wuwei. The study Developed Wu Weishi ITteaching research platform; Organized a series of network teaching research activities;Conducted a study of the research process and effect analysis; Carrying out the regionalnetwork teaching and researching activities for effective strategies and suggestions.This paper consists of seven chapters. Chapter1is a brief introduction, mainlyconcentrating on the background, current situation of network-based teaching research. Italso focus on the comparison of different network teaching methods, research significance,research methods and aims of the domestic network study. Chapter2is the theoreticalfoundation and concept definition studies. Chapter3is a questionnaire survey on the currentsituation of the IT teachers participating in the research activities. It proposes to carry out apractical activity of network-based teaching research through data analysis. Chapter4isbased on the theory and practical experience of network-based teaching research, puttingforward the processes and patterns to carry out local area network teaching and research through BBS. Chapter5mainly talks about the building process of network teachingplatform in Wuwei, including software description, function modules, as well as thedevelopment process. Chapter6is an overview of the process of network-based teachingresearch, case studies and teaching and research investigation and effect analysis. Chapter7is a conclusion and outlook, including achieved research results, research conclusions, andshortage of the research. It also proposes the direction of the future research.
