With the continuous development of China’s education and deepening reform ofbasic education, new knowledge, technology and ideas have emerged in the field ofeducation, and the professional development of teachers have met a higherrequirements. So, the traditional academic education can not meet the teacher’seducation demand. Therefore, educational department attach importance to thelarge-scale teachers training, and the teachers distance training methods based oncomputer network technology are widely used in teachers training. So, the issue, howto improve the quality of distance training, has draw the public attention. Distanceeducation practice proved that effective learning support service is an important factorto guarantee the quality of distance learning for learners. So, how to build a distanceteacher training support service system, promote the smooth development of distancetraining for teachers has become an important topic to be studied and solved.Firstly, on the basis of domestic and international literature review and summary,I know about the status quo of distance training service system and combine the suchpractical experiences as written declaration, demand for research, resourcedevelopment, learning situation for statistical analysis and the work of student supportservices I have participated " national training plan " in2012and2013, the project ofdistance rural primary and secondary schools to train teachers in Gansu Province andNingxia Hui Autonomous Region " full coverage of digital educational resources "project. On this basis I complete this thesis. Taking Northwest Normal University"national training plan"--distance training project in Gansu Province as an example,in the pre training we use survey research and content analysis method to study andanalysis the teachers distance training support service needs. And, according to thebasic principle of distance teacher training support service system, we construct thesupport service system from such five dimensions as multi-level multi-echelon typemanagement service, moodle platform technology support service, the construction ofspecial subject learning website resources support services, social softwareinformation support services and humanism of emotional support services. In the later training stage, through the teacher training statistical analysis and support servicesatisfaction survey analysis, we verify the effect of support service system andpropose optimized suggestions.Research shows that, the teachers distance training support service systemimprove the quality of distance training for teachers. Solid and orderly organizationand management, establishment of comprehensive and scientific management roleis the precondition and guarantee of the effective implementation of teacher trainingproject; platform technology support and high quality service of teaching is animportant pillar of the smooth development of the training work; close to the trainingneeds of teachers, lead by expert team, the rich development content, the significantfeatures of network curriculum resources are the key to training effectiveness; richresources Moodle platform training innovative forms of learning and the diversifiedevaluation improve teachers’ professional development.This article covers five parts:The first part is an introduction. It includes research background, issues raised,the purpose and significance of the study, review of the status quo, research ideas andmethods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study and related concepts defined.The third part is the needs analysis of the teachers distance training supportservices. I mainly set Northwest Normal University "national training plan"--theteacher training project of Gansu Province as an example and analyze the teacherstraining support services from two aspects of teachers’ training needs analysis and pretraining of online support service status.The fourth part is the construction of distance training service supporting systemfor teachers. This part includes the basic principle of teachers distance trainingsupport system construction, establishment of multi-level and multi echelonmanagement support services, development platform based on the Moodle technicalsupport services, the construction of special subject learning website resourcessupport services, relying on social software to provide information support servicesand humanistic care emotional support services. The fifth part is the analysis of the application effect of distance teachers trainingsupport system. Mainly setting Northwest Normal University "national training plan"--the teachers participated distance comprehensive practice activity curriculum inGansu Province as the research object, and the good application effect from statisticalanalysis of learning situation and training support services’ satisfaction.The sixth part is a conclusion. This part made the summary and reflection on thisstudy comprehensively.
