In China, people with disabilities is a large scale and has a special nature of traditionalvulnerable groups, should be community care and attention. The disabled persons in rural areascan be said to be weak. At the sametime, Hui and social policy and government at all levels, is a reliable guarantee for theintervention of social work services for disabled people in rural areas.
