Abstract/Summary:
The teaching material is based on curriculum standard, and it is the basisthat teacher teach and students study and the carrier of teaching content. Asthe product of curriculum reform and teaching materials of teachers, animportant medium to carry out teaching activities for the teacher, the teachingmaterials play an important position and role in curriculum reform, so they arevery important for the comparison of teaching materials. This paper comparethe compulsory Chemistry1and the Chemistry2of mainland with the Hanlinbasic chemistry1,2and3of Taiwan. It study the difference under thedifferent background and area. Meanwhile, it analyze it’s editorial features ofthe two teaching material. After this paper Draws on the successful experienceof curriculum reform in Taiwan, the author hope to provide enlightenment formainland Chinese version of high school chemistry teaching material. Thefollowing paper respectively referred to as PEP edition and Hanlin textbooks.This paper contain four parts. The first part is the meaning the reason why Ichoose this project. At the same time, it introduce the current situation andways of research of the project. The second part is the comparison ofdevelopment and class framework of senior chemistry in Taiwan and mainland.The third part compare the structure system,the teaching content and themethods of representing including (textbook exercises, illustrations andcolumns) of senior school chemistry teaching materials, and it provide somereference and suggestion for PEP edition. In the process of comparison, there are a lot of thinking and doubt, and itdeepens their understanding and the understanding of the new teachingmaterial.
