China since ancient times “Resouceful youths lead to a resourceful nation,strongyouths lead to a strong country.”saying,therefore,in the face of various challenges, theparty and the state to strengthen the ideological and moral education of Middle schoolstudents,and put it in the first place, to clear the importance for the future of the countrymiddle school students, in order to enhance the construction of socialist cause sense ofresponsibility, improve the education of ideology and moral construction, advancing withthe times, pioneering and innovative, based on the full understanding of the urgency, turnpressure into motive force, and actively take measures to promote the middle-schoolstudent thought moral education, all-round development education construction.Along with the reform and opening up is coming, our moral education thought to bepopular in all schools, and achieved good results. Based on this, the research method ofquestionnaire, the ninth middle school of LinYi city as the research object, the related workon the school launched a research. At harvest the success also faces four problems: one isthe students themselves in the aspect of Ideological and moral education problem. Mainlymanifested in morality and integrity awareness, and reduces the requirements and otheraspects of their own moral; two is the ideological and moral education of School of pooreffect. The school as a manager, should give students create good moral environment, toensure their healthy growth; three is the family there are defects in the moral education.Parents of Ideological and moral education for students in the same time should improvetheir accomplishment, correct education itself, to the students to create a good familyenvironment is the priority among priorities; four is the current ideological and moraleducation under the environment of the problems revealed. The negative influence ofsocial environment in this part, the bad induction of mass media, educational circles do notpay enough attention to the mental health of middle school students attitude seriouslyaffect the students moral transformation and development.The occurrence of a sharp change in our social structure, especially some miscellaneous disorderly situation in the moral aspect. Causes the absolute impact andinfluence this undoubtedly quality for middle school students. We through the investigationand interview on the current middle school student’s ideological quality problems aresummarized, aiming at these problems, puts forward some improving ideological andmoral quality current situation counter measures. The corresponding countermeasure areput forward which are four important aspects of students,school,family,society.Curriculum requirements in the process of transition to a socialist market economy,emphasis on middle school students moral quality,behavior,outlook on life, world outlook,values and culture the thought quality; emphasized in various disciplines, ideological andmoral education in the different permeability of the link, the teaching method and theteaching practice is improved, thus improving the quality of teaching, enhance thepertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and moral education; emphasize thedevelopment of students the spirit of patriotism, to enable the students to form a healthyand positive outlook on life, and a solid foundation for their learning anddevelopment.Therefore,to strengthen the ideological and moral education is a very seriousand urgent task faced by educators.
