With the continuous development of education in our country, the number of studentsincreased in all kinds of schools, education and made great contribution to the development ofour national quality and the improvement of social economy, Among them, the secondaryvocational education is an important part of education in China, by the end of2009, studentsin secondary vocational schools in our country is as high as20000000people, the vastmajority of these students will directly enter the society after graduation, began occupationcareer, Therefore, ideological and moral situation of these students is directly related to thequality of the workforce, but also related to the future of a country and nation, Therefore, tostrengthen the ideological and moral education of vocational school students, is not only theobjective requirement of improving the students’ moral quality, but also improve the qualityof workers, the objective requirements of social culture of qualified workers。At present, most of our secondary vocational school graduates occupation moral levelcan’t meet the enterprise to the employee occupation moral requirement, graduates from onthe whole is difficult to adapt to the enterprise and society to the practitioners of theoccupation moral requirements, Display of China’s secondary vocational graduatesemployment tracking survey results, in the case of employment of graduates in failure,40%isbecause the graduates is not strong sense of responsibility, not obey enterprise discipline, noprofessional dedication; about20%because employment fear of hardship, not qualified forthe job responsibilities; the other40%is too picky about work for graduates environment, putforward higher expectations unrealistic demands; and almost no graduates because thebusiness level and ability is insufficient and the employer to dismiss, Therefore, secondaryvocational school graduates do not lack professional skills and techniques, as a front-linepractitioners thought preparation, as lack of front-line staff occupation morals and norms,The goal of cultivating their own occupation orientation and business graduates to talentedperson’s demand and school contrasts markedly, especially the aspect of practice ability andthe occupation morals level difference。The theory is studied from the point of view of the study of moral education to thestudents in secondary vocational school, achieved fruitful results, but due to the specificanalysis of the problems and reasons in the moral education of secondary vocational schoolstudents is not deep enough, resulting in the secondary vocational school students moral education strategy and method of education is not enough detailed and systematic, the lack ofoperability and pertinence, Especially in the face of the severe employment situation atpresent medium occupation school graduates, students to moral requirement and theenterprise quality do not want to match the case, to research and analysis system of the moraleducation of vocational school students is very important.This paper mainly adopts the method of empirical research and normative researchcombined, according to research from the theoretical analysis to the logical sequence ofempirical research, First of all, the article in the research on moral education theory and theliterature related to the secondary vocational students; secondly, based on the analysis of thecharacteristics and status characteristics of moral education, secondary vocational educationin vocational school education; thirdly, based on the survey on the status of moral educationfor more than ten Vocational colleges, to study the existence of moral education in vocationalcolleges the problem; finally, based on the empirical research, the article put forward toimprove and perfect vocational school moral education countermeasures and suggestions,The main contents include: secondary vocational schools should attach importance to moraleducation, the students of secondary vocational school students to establish the reasonableevaluation mechanism, pay attention to the psychological health education of secondaryvocational school students, ideological and moral education of secondary vocational schoolstudents by using network.
