Factor And Strategy Analysis Of Security And Stability Of Independent College

Campus security gains long-term concern of the society. As a special form ofcollege, independent college is distinctive from ordinary colleges in terms ofschooling model as well as student qualities; as a result, the security of independentcollege attracts more attention of the society. Therefore, analysis of factors affectingindependent college students and strategy research become particularly important.This thesis is divided into four parts. Firstly, it illustrates the characteristics andsecurity situation of independent colleges; secondly, it makes a list of varied factorsaffecting security of independent college. Theses factors are obtained throughinvestigation of student work and security departments of independent college, aswell as the author’s years of working experience of campus security. In terms of thespecific characteristics of these factors, a detailed illustration is provided about thecauses, the influences on independent college and related cases; thirdly, In view ofthe universality of research results, the author has validated once again throughstudent questionnaires；fourthly，it lists two real cases. One is due to social changesand the other illegal pyramid selling hazard. It provides a detailed illustration ofcauses, process and the outcome of both cases, and makes detailed analysis fromboth macro and micro perspectives according to the characteristics of independentcollege; at last, it arrives at three rational proposals. First of all, the construction ofpeople-oriented security concepts; secondly, the improvement of security andstability working system and multi-interaction mechanism; thirdly, makingelimination of major problems that affect security and stability of independentcollege as the start point. Aiming to enhance the security and stability level, thesethree proposals can contribute to the security and stability work, and ensure the longperiod of order and stability of independent college.
