Study On The Career Education Mode Of Higher Vocational Students

Higher vocational colleges play an important part in fostering skilled talents. Highervocational students’ future career development is not only related to the personal future, but alsohas a profound impact to the future economic development. Career development regards people’slifelong development as the ultimate goal. It is to cultivate people’s individual career awarenessand skills with targets and plans, on the basis of the comprehensive consideration the studentindividuality characteristic, so as to promote the development of individual career of a kind ofeducation activities. As the same time, higher vocational school is an important step in theformation of higher vocational students’ outlook and values on life, so career vocationaleducation has a direct relationship to the higher quality career in their start. At present, the highervocational colleges career education mostly stay in the vocational guidance level, only as asubsidiary of career guidance. Career education in higher vocational colleges is nearly in theprimary stage. So it is very important for the higher vocational colleges to pay attention to thecareer education. Starting the mode of career education in higher vocational colleges issignificant to students, education and the whole society. If so, career education in highervocational colleges can carry out better and better and can help the students to develop a fitablefuture career.Based on questionnaire investigation among more300students of3higher vocationalcolleges in Tianjin and knowing the situation of these schools, the paper analyzes the surveyeddata and got the problems and reasons in the career education for vocational college students.While this paper analyzes the factors of influencing higher vocational students’ career education,and principles and general goal of career education.On the basis of the relevant theories and survey，the paper constructs the mode of the careereducation, including3aspects:Firstly, the career education organization setup mode;Secondly, career education personnel allocation model;Thirdly, career education teaching implementation mode.
