The Study Of Conflict Between The Students And The Teachers In Class For High School

In recent years, relationship between teachers and students become the world attention’s focus between educational theory and educational practice, also it is very important aspects of education reform in the world. The interactive relationship between teachers and students, both harmonious and coordination, there are also having differences and conflicts. Class is the basic teaching unit, it is carried out the teaching activities. Also high school is a particular period for the individual people’s growth, because the particularity of the educated people and teaching skills, causing higher frequency of conflicts between teachers and students than the others. How to early prevention and timely and correctly solve the conflict between teachers and students in high school, not only can better promote the healthy growth of high school students, also can make a smooth development of education and teaching work, strengthening school culture construction.In this report, I have done some researching in the related articles about the conflicts between teachers and students and the situation of this condition. Secondly, using the survey of questionnaire and interview, find out the current situation of the conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom situation and the existing problems and reasons, finally put some solutions to the conflicts between teachers and students in high school classroom countermeasures and suggestions, so that the conflict between teachers and students to develop to benign loop, so as to optimize the relationship between teachers and students, to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching effect.This report is divided into four parts:the first part introduces the background and meaning of the topic, and related research overview. The second part describes the current situation of conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom. Includes explicit, confrontation, behavior language conflict and implicit conflict and so on; the third part to find out the deep reason of causing conflicts between teachers and students in class of high school; the fourth part is base on the current status-causes of conflicts between teachers and students in high school, carried out some strategies.
