| With the economic development and social progress, people demand for education ismore and more higher. Therefore, we must take all kinds of effective methods to train acontingent of high-quality teachers. The remote training based on the information technologyis one important means and method.Facing the challenge of information of education reform, teachers’ training is one kind ofeffective methods to promote teachers’ capacity construction. Various kinds of training hasprovided important support for teachers’ professional development at present. But we also seethat there remains some problems in training methods, communication, time arrangement andso on. Hybrid training is for persons who experienced the traditional classroom teaching anddigital learning based on network, blending the two ways of learning according to the actualsituation of the training object, by the combination way of the traditional and digital trainingin order to achieve the best effect of training. Based on the analysis of the current trainingsituation of primary and middle school teachers, the dissertation tries to have a comprehensiveunderstanding of the problems in it and make an in-depth analysis. In view of the drawbacksof the traditional face-to-face training, hybrid training using based on the Model platformaims to solve the existing problems in present teachers’ training, such as size limitation, theconstraints of time and space, single form, low interactivity, etc, such design a trainingprogram for the primary and secondary teachers which convenient to popularization andimplementation.The result shows that the blending training based on Modle platform can take advantagesof combination of traditional face-to-face training model and network training effectively,exert the advantage of network, using the Model platform to make up for the traditionaltraining defects, which can improve the training performance and has a certain value andsignificance for the imploration in the field of primary and secondary teachers. |
