With the reformation of the mathematics curriculum of senior high schools, the mathematics textbooks of five versions of the senior high schools began to spread. The material is a re-creation and re-organization of curriculum standards. the different versions of the materials have different systems, perspectives, presentations, content selections, and imaging systems. Whether these versions of teaching materials suit to the local students, and whether they could help students to development better, which directly affect the processing of the entire high school mathematics curriculum’ refomation.In this regard,we select the textbooks of People’s education Press (A serise), Hubei Education Edition, Beijing Normal University in three versions, and compared with the transformation of the matrix were in-depth thematic studies. In this paper, we mainly use document analysis, comparative analysis and case studies and other research methods to analyze the mathematics textbooks from the two aspects:direct comparison and deductive comparison.The direct comparison consist of four aspects including the overall selection and arrangement of the teaching materials,textbooks sections, the introduction andexercise.And the introduction include the introduction of some concepts and theorems. The deductive comparison mainly comprise three aspects:knowledge elements, capacity elements and edition&attitude. All the three aspects induction the requirements of the relevant curriculum standards. Among them, firstly, knowledge elements incorporate the coverage of the kownledge and the contact with other disiplines. Scecondly, we analyze the capacity factor mainly from the proficiency and the ability to explore of students. Lastly, edition&attitude incorporate the digestion of mathematics culture.According to the comparation and analysis of the above, we finally receive some relevant conclusions. Whant’s more, on this basis, we propose a mumber of proposals on the topic in terms of teaching and learning materials.
