Research On Anti-corruption Legal System In Tang Dynasty

Anti-corruption and strengthen of our Party, has become a world-wide topic. The quality of the management is directly related to the rise and fall of the nation, and officials of greed directly undermine the integrity of management. About the anti-corruption, general secretary Xi stressed that we should actively study and draw lessons from the history of our country’s outstanding independent culture, promoting the construction of anti-corruption through historical wisdom, constantly strengthen the ability of preventing from corrupt and resisting risk. As the feudal heyday of the Tang Dynasty, the classic masterpiece “TangLuShuYi” with its superb technology and strict legislation to punish all acts of corruption. covering the rich content, which is a precious legacy to us in the improvement of the anti-corruption legislation and other aspects of the practical experience.Over the past year, is a harvest year for anti-corruption struggle, but there are still a lot of defects in current anti-corruption system, which is related to the survival and development of the Party and the country. Taking the Tang Dynasty as the background, with the current severe and complicated anti-corruption struggle situation as the great environment, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the issue of anti-corruption legislation, it is, therefore, the significance of this article. This paper tries to study and examine the anti-corruption of the Tang Dynasty, expounds the general situation and experience of controlling corruption in the Tang Dynasty and learn from them, in order to improve our current anti-corruption legislation and institutional construction.This article divides into the introduction, the main text and the conclusion three parts. Brief preface describes the purpose and the research status of this writing, and the conclusion is a brief extract of the full text. The text is divided into four parts, as summarized as follows.First, historical investigation on the anti-corruption legal system in Tang Dynasty. In this chapter, we first briefly introduce the anti-corruption legislation in ancient China, and then examine the inheritance and development of the Tang Dynasty to the anti-corruption system.Second, about the content and characteristics of the anti-corruption system in Tang Dynasty. No matter in terms of technical level or content, anti-corruption legislation in the Tang Dynasty has reached a high level. The provisions of this chapter is mainly analyzed ethically from the Angle of the nature of corruption crime, bribery crime and bribery crime as a study. Then it elaborates on the characteristics of anti-corruption legislation in Tang Dynasty, the section is simple and detailed.Third, the implementation of anti-corruption system in Tang Dynasty. No matter how well formulated laws, lax enforcement of the phenomenon appeared, still can not avoid corruption. This chapter describes the implementation of the anti-corruption in the early and late Tang Dynasty.Fourth, the revelation of anti-corruption legislation in Tang Dynasty. This part is the focus of this article, by comparing the differences in legislation and corruption and bribery in the Tang Dynasty China’s current criminal law, from inspiration, learn the essence of anti-corruption legislation in the Tang Dynasty, to further improve China’s current anti-corruption system.
