Research On The Mechanism Of Labor Dispute Mediation In Nanshan District, Shenzhen

The mechanism of regional labor dispute mediation is raised in this thesis as one of typical public issues. The author analyzed the causes of the regional labor dispute, the mechanism of labor dispute mediation and influence factors of the regional labor dispute mediation, discussed the commonality of government functions, and finally proposed his own advice on possible policies.The author adopted the methods of literature query and the case method for studying the internal structure, functions, the external premise, conditions and relations that of the mechanism of the labor dispute mediation. From the current administrative system reform direction and the perspective of the country under the rule of law construction, the impact factors of the mechanism of labor dispute mediation was decomposed into the running of Mediation mechanism, department functions and the constructions of mediation power.The analysis results showed that the work effect of labor dispute mediation in Nanshan district was not ideal because of the mechanism of labor dispute mediation had problems. Such as a result of labor laws and regulations imperfect caused the failure of the mechanism of labor dispute mediation, the weak of cohesion and credibility of the trade union, the lag of power construction of labor dispute mediation structural problems etc. All these caused the current mechanism can not adapt to new changes in the development of regional labor dispute.According to the comprehensive analysis of the proble ms of the labor dispute mediation, the purpose of the thesis is to contribute to the promotion of the mechanism of labor dispute mediation in Nanshan district.
