Nearly forty years of reform and opening up in 1978, our country’s socialist economy increasingly mature, the market in the field of administrative approval system is effective.Through the tireless efforts of several generations of the government, our country’s current administrative approval system is more perfect. The approval authority, the scope of approval, and approval procedures are more scientific and reasonable.Reform of administrative approval has played a pivotal role in promoting the development of the socialist market economy in China.The main results of administrative approval system reform are: the projects of administrative approval of cut a lot, relevant laws and regulations becoming more perfect,and supervision mechanism becoming more improved.Although the reform has achieved gratifying results, however, due to the approval system of our country based on the planned economy era, in real life it makes with the characteristics of that old era, and makes the administrative approval system reform in our country was once stalled. Approval items, though cut, this is just a micro-level core part in state hands.Therefore, it is necessary for us to make the efforts for further analysis and summary, and overcome difficulties to make reform smoothly.Especially since the 18 th session of the National People’s Congress, for the need of building the rule of law government, responsibility government, the reform of the administrative approval system is becoming more important,In order to realize the modernization of the national management system and management ability, to realize the great Chinese dream, the administrative approval system reform puts forward new and higher requirements.Therefore, we must establish a scientific and reasonable system of administrative approval as our main point and starting point from the management, supervision, information and personnel quality, etc.We should make the most of our country’s resources with good economic, political, cultural,ecological and social environment to promote this reform smoothly.
