An Inquiry Of The Relief And Management Mode On The Mental Patients With Homelessness

Mental patients with homelessness is and remains to be an ancient a nd ever new topic.Looking back into the past,the measures taken to deal with the problem has shifted from sheer regulation to kind of assistance,w ith the later one taking the rights of mental patients with homelessness in to account.Nowadays,the problem which relates to the civil life and social stability,has not been contained at all,on the contrary,developing into a se rious social one.Therefore,how to protect the rights of the patients and ho w to lessen the impacts of the patients deserves deep thinking.The implementation of our current relief and management system is r emarkable,but the problem of mental patients with homelessness is a vacu um in management.Considering the social hazard and deficiencies of the c urrent mode,we should innovate a new mode of relief and management to perfect the relative regulations.Based on the theories of Labeling and Pol ycentric Governance,the study comes from the view of sociology、History、 Psychiatry Management and Policy,with the research methods of Documen t analysis、Retrospective analysis and Multi-disciplinary comprehensive rese arch.By summarizing the management experience of Nanning Social Welfa re Hospital,we analyze the achievements and difficulties,and come up with an innovative mode of relief and management.By summarizing the histor y of the protection of the beggars、mental patients and the experience on the relief and management of mental patients with homelessness,it can be used for reference to the retrospective analysis of 2332 patients’relevant information during the period from 2008 to 2014 in Nanning Social Wel fare Hospital,so that the problems encountered and the achievements gaine d during the process of the work can get a deep discussion.On the basis, an innovative mode---prevention and recovery in community、treatment in hospital and placement by government,will be proposed in order to solve the problem.
