The Study Of Social Comprehensive Management Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders Who Easily Lead To Accidents And Disasters

There are more than 5.1 million patients with severe mental disorders registered in our country.The type of patients has high crime rate,high degree of brutality,high morbidity and malignancy,which has caused great harm and threats to social security,family members and patients themselves,thus,social concern is getting higher and higher.The population of people with mental disorders from the perspective of comprehensive management of social security has been studied,the investigation data of Xi'an have been taken as samples.In the current requirements of the new social security system,the new contradictions,new problems,weak links of services and management,which aim at the patients with mental disorder who easily lead to accidents and disasters in Xi'an,have been summed up and analyzed.Then,the recommendations for improvement have been put forward.To start with the social links of comprehensive management,four major problems in the comprehensive social management of the patients with mental disorder who easily lead to accidents and disasters in Xi'an have been pointed out.There are the lack of security mechanism,lack of financial investment,lack of professional standards and lack of linkage mechanism of management subject.The main reasons for these problems are as follows.Firstly,the national policy guarantee is ineffective,and the practical work guiding strength is weak.Secondly,the leading role of local government is not strong,and the motivation of initiative to undertake the task is not enough.Thirdly,the community as a platform is powerless,and the care and monitoring function is insufficient.Fourthly,it is difficult to rely on family care,and difficult to provide long-term effective care.Through the analysis of the management model of the developed countries such as the United States,Britain and an,summed up their experience and our inspiration and the suggestions to improve the comprehensive social management of patients with mental disorders in Xi'an have been put forward.Firstly,in order to increase the publicity efforts for social warmth love and policies as well as regulations,the enhanced atmosphere of public opinion should be widely publicized.Secondly,in order to improve the accuracy of the work by manipulating information technology and large data technology,all our own information to improve work efficiency should be fully mastered.Thirdly,in order to fully play a functional role of the relevant departments,the responsibilities should be cleared,and the rescue procedures should be strengthened.Fourthly,in order to solve the common difficulties encountered by government,family,as well as individuals,from the people-oriented point of view,the funding investment should be increased.In short,through the improvement of Xi'an City,the comprehensive management mechanism with social mental disorder,effectively prevent and minimize the accident prone patients mental disorders may be caused by the social order and the safety of life and property damage to others,to create a more harmonious and stable social environment.
