A Research About Residents Participate In The Urban Community Governance Under The Background Of Micro-Blog Times

Urban community governance is the focus and breakthrough of city governance, while the residents’ participation is the core and key of urban community governance. Under the background of Micro-blog Times which possess the characteristics of convenient, instant, chippy began to show a colorful state. Despite the residents’ participation maintain good posture on the whole, it still has some problems at the same time, which restrict the development of the community governance. On the basis of the related management theory, this paper considered Qingxiu district in the Nanning city as the empirical object, based on current situation, found some problems, and explored the potential causes. Later, it put forward the strategy of optimization of residents’ participation behavior.First of all, this essay expounded the background and significance of analysis, generalizes the status of research at home and abroad, and introduces the content, purpose and methods of the study and innovation points. Secondly, this article explains the main concept of the Micro media, the Micro-blog Times, the urban community governance, the residents’participation. In addition, it also elucidated the related theoretical basis. Thirdly, this paper discusses the present situation that residents participate in the urban community governance under the background of Micro-blog Times, and it made a detailed analysis, such as participation channels, consciousness, abilities and scopes, in which there are several aspects of problems that performance for the limited participation in content, unbalanced opportunities, irrational behavior, information quality and formalization of uneven participation mechanism. Finally, it summed up four reasons that contained the subject of participation, behavior of participation, media of participation, and environment of participation and so on. Fourthly, this article selected five typical communities of Qingxiu district in the Nanning city as the empirical research which analyze from the numbers of residents’ participation, ways of residents’ participation, scope of residents’ participation, motivation of residents’ participation and satisfaction of residents’ participation and so on. Finally, this essay put forward the optimal strategy and advice of residents’participation from the micro consciousness, micro behavior, micro ability, micro mechanism and micro environment.
