Land, it is our life, and it is the source of fate for farmers. It is the important fact of our country to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to keep pace with the economic development with better and faster. Most of important, it is the key to change the economic development. So our country pay more attention to the land management. In 2015 year our country published a law named <Real estate registration Interim Regulations>, one of this law’s purpose is make property rights clearly, and we can use the law to protect it. Now our country have carried a work, that is The rural land ownership registration certification work. This work shows country are development and protection human rights. Also show country give farmers more property rights and interests. In the meantime, this work shows that country Land policy reform. At this work,villagers committees played a important role, including implement the nation policies, protect the villager property rights, even do good to come true the autonomous faction of villagers committee. But there are many problems in the work, the villagers committee don’t deal it well, so the villagers are not satisfaction with it. So the author try to analysis and study the villagers committee how to play roles well, how to protect the villagers property rights, and how about the villagers committee do the work by The rural land ownership registration certification work. In the article, I will study analyzing the way of the villager’s autonomy in the villagers’ committee. And under the new situation that The eighteen session of the Fifth Plenary Session and in the 2016 our country published an important file about land issues and registration in rural reform, to study The reform and future of the villagers’ committee, and will have own conclusion, hope it do good to the society.
