The Process And Utility Analysis Of Community Self-organization In Participation In The Community Governance Take Suzhou F Community As An Example

Since the reform and opening up, social management system of units began to collapse, unit functions shifted outwards,thus bringing many problems that the market can,t solve and the government can not do well in. Therefor,urgently needs a new social carriers with self-organizing mechanisms to undertake.Community development in recent years is in response to this need, it,s an exploration in the governance structure staring from the grassroots.Community self-organization with its endogenous natural conditions, is considered to be the effective organization carriers to enhance the of community participation,becoming the new backbone of community governance.Currently academic research on community self-organization mainly focused on the main community organizations,the attention to residents spontaneously self- organization closely to the daily life of urban residents is not enough.Therefore, the object of this paper focuses on the grassroots community self- organization.Comprehensive use questionnaires, interviews and field observation method,s review the current development status and its participation in community governance process of this new governance body from the perspective of professional management theory, empowerment theory and so on.Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of its governance, pointing out its problems, and analyzes the reasons of the problems.The study found grassroots community self-organizations to participate in community governance need to go through a relatively lengthy process,and it requires constant internal and external empowerment.Grass-roots organizations, participation in community governance play an important role to promote the democratic political community, to prosperity the cultural community, to maintain the community environment orderly, to regulate the contradictory relationship between residents. On the basis of overall study, the author thinks that to improve and promote the grassroots community self-organizations, governance process and effectiveness needs to increase governance "contact surface", reasonable control of the government "empowerment", and explore new ways of participation in governance of network era.
