Research On The Construction Of Local Government’s Response Mechanism Of Online Governance From The Perspective Of Governance

With the awakening of citizen’s political participation consciousness and right consciousness, the traditional public opinion expression and response mechanism has far can’t satisfy the needs of the citizens. The appearance of the internet era has not only made up these imperfection but also put forward new request to the government’s governance ability. After the target of matching the state governance system and governance ability’s modernization construction was put forward, people give more concern and attention to the diversification of governance body.Therefore paying more attention to the public opinion, strengthen the work of accessing the will of the people and increasing the frequency and quality of the interactions between the government and the public have become one of the indispensable important content of modern state governance. At present, how to use the new media such as the Internet, capture this new opportunity and make the online governance work well and finally enhance the government’s response ability and governance capability is becoming an important measure to the promotion of democratic politics and the modernization construction of the state governance system and governance ability.Therefore, I analyze the construction of local government’s response mechanism of online governance and its problems on the basis of investigating the current response situation on the local government’s online governance in china. And then I discover that there are some problems in the process of the local government’s online governance such as lacking of response system, no response, perfunctory response, low efficiency and bad result. Then I make a in-depth analysis to the cause of the above problems, and I think it is lacking of the attention from the leaders, and the government departments and personnel don’t have a insufficient understanding about the online governance response and at last lacking of institution that make these problems. However in the final analysis, it’s a matter of lacking of response system to online governance.So on this basis, I think that in order to build a set of the local government’s response mechanism of online governance we can improve the understanding of the government departments and personnel, strengthen the organizational design of online governance response, perfect the operating mechanism of online governance response and finally establish and improve its system guarantee.
