Based on the Inner Mongolia city two court four years trial involving agricultural and pastoral areas of grassroots organization’sduty crime first-hand information on the basis of full statistical analysis,summarized the characteristics and hazards of crime、Analysis of the causes of crime, from the current theory of the research results and domestic grassroots organization’sduty crime experience, finally put forward the preventive measures, the hope of this kind of crime prevention work to some reference value.The paper is divided into four parts, one is the use of literature review related concepts of agricultural and pastoral areas of grassroots organization’sduty crime are summarized, and expounds the author to understand the scope of the duty crime; Two is the use of statistical analysis on the Inner Mongolia city four middle peasants pastoral grassroots organization’sduty crime and its characteristics and hazards in four aspects; Three is the use of case summary method, in-depth analysis of the main causes of agricultural and pastoral areas of grassroots organization’sduty crime; Four is for the crime characteristics and the reasons put forward countermeasures from four aspects.
