Legal Thinking On The System LF The Chinese People’s Police Using Police Weapons

The lawful use of police weapons for the People’s Police is the fundamental right given by the state and the people,is the important guarantee to perform their duties according to law,and is also the basic need for protecting the people’s and their own safety. Presently,Chian is being in a frequently-occurring period of contradictions and sensitive issues,so using police wepons is an indispensible basic skill of law enforcement for the People’s Police using police weapons is complete,covering laws,administrative,regulations and departmental rules and regulations.However,the People’s Police are positive and lack of standardization in the practical use of police weapons.Through describing and analyzing the status of the People’s Police in the public security organs using the police weapons and combined with the typical cases in recent years,this paper reveals th reasons that result in the problems of the People’s Police in the public security organs using the polic weapons,and then puts forward the ratioal and feasible suggestionsfrom improving the hierarchy of laws and regulations, perfecting the rules of weapon equipment,establishing the alert-situation rank system matching with weapon use, and perfecting the supervision and management system,etc.
