Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Quality Of Migrant Workers In The New Period

Since the reform and opening up, China’s socialist construction has made remarkable achievements with the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system in china.But a series of problems have been produced in the process of rapid development.Especially after the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the economic and social development of the imbalance is not coordinated, sustainable problems continue to appear,our country has entered a new period of deepening reform.At the same time, with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in china,migrant workers have become an important driving force for China’s economic construction and social development.Facing new opportunities and challenges in the new century,Research on the problem of migrant workers and especially the quality of migrant workers are very urgent for playing the advantages of human resources, deepening reform, promoting the sustained and healthy development of economy and society.This paper investigates the quality of migrant workers in the New problems and causes by using the method of literature study, questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis. On this basis, proposes to improve the quality of our migrant workers countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly, the paper defines the concept of migrant workers and migrant workers, analyzes the main characteristics and the quality of migrant workers, and expounds the necessity of improving the quality of migrant workers in the new era.Secondly, it based on the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Taiyuan city and the surrounding towns, through the survey data analysis and research, understand and grasp the current situation of the quality of migrant workers.Thirdly, according to the results of the questionnaire, analyzes the China’s migrant workers in cultural quality, professional skill, legal and moral quality and psychological quality of existing problems and analysis the reasons of the problems in the quality of peasant workers from the four angles of the country, society, enterprise and migrant workers themselves lead to coexistence of the quality of migrant workers;Finally, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the quality of migrant workers from four aspects such as improving the national system guarantee,building a good social environment,strengthening the enterprise staff quality training,strengthening the quality improvement.To improve the quality of migrantworkers is a long-term and complex system process, I hope this paper can provide some reference for solving the problems of the quality of migrant workers in China.
