| Since reform and opening, China has entered the Comprehensive transformation period. With the rapid development of economic society, the issue of the management system of public security organization has become noticeable. It’s not only caused many problems, but also evolved into disadvantages. Problems such as the allocation strategy of the local police force is not scientific; the operation mode of police system has fallen behind developed country; grassroots policemen has working underneath huge pressure with poor benefits; last but not least, the low degree of satisfaction from the people. These problems seriously restrict the development of the public security. They have been with international and domestic political and economic situation and the needs of the party and the people seriously does not go along which reached the point where they must be changed. As a result, many area in China are on the path of policing mechanism reform, trying to explore a way to adapt themselves into the modern form.Increase police efficiency should reflect on the system reform and innovation and efficient use of resources integration. With the improvement of quality of the whole team, utilizing science to promote the reform of policing mechanism, solve many problems appeared in the new situation, improve the public security organization and perform sacred duties given by the party and the people.As member of the public security bureau of chengdu, the author has involved the chenghua branch in policing mechanism reform for many years which gradually began to reform tentative steps from 2012, a few years to summarize the experience of the recognised by the city bureau, the city bureau, play a certain reference function. By analyzing the case of the unit policing mechanism reform for application of the theory of public administration and public security prevention and control theory, put forward the shortcomings of the existing system, analysis the reform moves and bring results, study the reform brings to the public security management of change and the social practice effect.The full text is divided into seven chapters.
