Research On The Model Of Home-based Care Service In Nanfeng Town

With the improvement of China’s social progress and people’s life and health level of the raise, the rising number of aging population, because of the aging population caused a series of social problems has become attention of the whole society, an important issue. However, with the family is becoming smaller and smaller, because of the social transformation and the increasing work pressure under the accelerated pace of life and other reasons,the family pension model is facing an unprecedented challenge.And due to the restricted by some conditions,many areas appeared the elderly did not have enough money to live in the high-grade apartments,but public pension institutions did not have enough empty bed.To this end,an elderly people who live at home can enjoy home care as the services of the nursing home.The model of the home care services is more and more popular.The main content of this paper researches on home-based care services mode of Nanfeng town which is under the jurisdiction of Zhangjiagang city.Nanfeng town explores some features of social management experience through continue to practice for years,is worthy of promotion and reference.in the Pension work also made some achievements,formed the community endowment as the foundation,Institution endowment and Virtual pension play the supporting role.The home care services model which is layout reasonable, covering urban and rural areas.I selected 300 elderly of four villages and two community in Nanfeng town for questionnaire.To valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by,find Nanfeng town of home care services existing problems,such as ranking domestic service is not perfect,service content and demand is inadequate and so on.Therefore,based on reference at the home care practice experience of other country,combined with the existing practical problems of Nanfeng town,the paper gives a new way to construct the pattern of home care services in rural,including provides a complete policy support,to strengthen community infrastructure construction,improve the personnel training system, expand financing channels and so on.
