In the case of corruption crime is more and more serious, it is necessary to increase the research of multinational pursuit mechanism of corrupt officials.This paper combined with the background of China’s current anti-corruption and the plight of country in multinational pursuit, introduce the main multinational pursuit mechanism of corrupt officials, namely the extradition, repatriation and Quan Fan,.In addition, the paper also compared each mechanism’s advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages,put forward flight on our Suggestions to improve the multinational pursuit mechanism of corrupt officials, especially in this era of corruption flourished, a lot of corrupt officials abscond abroad, so a well-established multinational pursuit mechanism is very important. This paper will focus on analyzing the pros and cons of multinational pursuit mechanism of our country, finding out the weak points of our multinational pursuit mechanism to find out ways to solve the problems and put forward feasible suggestions on perfecting our country’s multinational pursuit mechanism.
