On The Reserch Of Cadre Education In The Early Stage Of Socialist Revolution And Construction

Cadres are the specific operators in the process of implementing the party and state line, principles and policies, Cadres can understand and implement the policy correctly, directly related to the completion of the revolution and construction tasks. As Zedong Mao said: "after the political line is determined, the cadre are the decisive factor, so there is a plan to train a large number of new cadre, is our fighting mission"Cadre education plays an important role in improving the theoretical level, cultural quality and working ability of the cadres.
