Research On The Digital City Management In Baoan,Shenzhen

As the developing of the reform and opening-up,as well as the urbanization and mode-rnization,the importance and standards of city management is increasing. Information techn-ology is advanced and widely used nowadays, which provides an effective support and ne-w ideas for the city management, and resulted the digital city management. China have c-arried out the pilot work of the digital city management in ten cities, such as Shenzhen、Wuhan in 2007, and found a lot of experience, achieved some results.Shenzhen’s pilot work had two phase, and Baoan was the second phase which started in July,2007. Baoan’s digital city management pilot work is very successful and results a lot, but as the rapid growth of construction area, fixed and floating population increasegradually, its digital city management still can not meet the developennt demands.,so, it isvery important to research about the Digital City Management in Baoan.On the base of defined clearly about digital city、city managemen and digital city m-anagement,as well as the main theoretical basis、background、significance and advantages, the author give the introductions of the general situation of development、 the good and results of digital city management in Baoan. Then, introduces 4 problems in detail:the gap between supervision and disposal of is a little large; value the settlement rate, but notthe real function; public participation and the convenient applicationis for them are not enough; data resources utilization rate and management scope is low. After that,the author c-onsider related theories and analyze its reasons from the management system, technology,personnel, and the relationships between the three, and put forward 3 suggestions at last,help to build up a effective、humanistic、 intellective government give some reference for the digital city management practice in Baoan.
