In order to respond to the call of the general secretary of Xi Jinping, China’s various regions of the executive branch of a series of streamlining and reform work. Based on this great environment, there are many new models of street management reform, such as Taoyuan, Shenzhen, Liwan, Tongling, Anhui and other regions of China. In 2010, China promulgated the "Shenzhen civil affairs reform implementation plan", a clear on the necessity of the reform of basic management system. In this paper, the author works and lives in Baoan District City, Shenzhen as an example to carry out the reform of basic street system.The first chapter of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the management system of the street office, and the significance of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the management system of the street office. The second chapter is on the basis on the streets of the office of the related concepts and theoretical analysis, and further analyzed the theory of street office management system reform, which is the theoretical basis of this study. Then, the paper discusses the current situation and the causes of the Baoan District Office. In order to ensure the management system reform of Baoan District Street office in Shenzhen City, the paper puts forward a more practical suggestion. The fourth chapter focuses on the successful management mode of the street office (including Tongling Anhui mode, Liwan Guangzhou mode and Nanshan District Taoyuan mode), and draws the valuable experience of Baoan District in various modes.
