Research Of Mobile Applications’ Problem And Countermeasure In The Work Of The Communist Youth League Of Colleges And Universities

Mobile internet technology has gone deep into every corner of people’s lives and has also quietly changed lifestyles of people in the meantime for the reason that it is not restricted by time and space and its function has already integrated deeply with traditional networks.Social being determines social consciousness. Mobile networks not only change people’s lifestyles but also change people’s ideology, which is particularly obvious in young people’s ideology. Higher learning institution which is the place young people center most is influenced most deeply by mobile networks.Mobile networks, on the one hand, profoundly influence the ideology of university students; on the other hand, they bring new opportunity and challenges for the ideological and political education work of university students.Those who are responsible for students’ ideological education must adapt to the changing environment and students’ new ideological conditions, constantly change their own working methods, and put forward new educational measures. Moreover,we must clearly realize that mobile internet technology, on the one hand, accelerates information transmission; on the other hand, it brings kinds of negative effects on people’s daily life. For example, real information with good quality can spread quickly; however, much exotic and bad information that will poison students’ ideology can also spread rapidly with the development of new technology.Furthermore, phone networks gain the transmission through wireless signal without physical media and phones can be carried with you everywhere, which brings great pressure to information supervision of mobile networks. Nowadays, regarding to thedomestic ideological and political educational work, only a few colleges and universities try to apply mobile internet technology into daily management and education of students, and fail to apply new technology into practical work. To make matters worse, some old educators fail to master the use of new technology himself.Therefore, when college students’ ideological environment faces great changes, we should vigorously advocate the combination between ideological and political education and new mobile internet technology, and those who are responsible for students’ ideological and political education should master the new technology and also are capable of applying it into practical work.The thesis will deal with the concepts and characteristics of mobile internet technology, and make an analysis of the advantages and feasibility of mobile applications(MAs) into the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities under the background of mobile internet technology. Moreover, the thesis will cover the following five aspects to analyze MAs bring opportunity for the work of ideological and political education including: mobile internet technology builds new platform for those who work for the Communist Youth League; it provides new tools for occupying college students’ ideological field; it develops new channels for the ideological and political education work; it improves pertinence for the ideological and political education work; it provides possibility for remote supervision and emergency treatment of students. At the end of this paper, the thesis will explain how MAs improve the work of the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities from four angles including: raise the awareness of the importance of the application of mobile tools, strengthen professional team construction of those who work for the Communist Youth League, the ways of applying MAs into practical work of the ideological and political education, and develop extensive and templating MA system to conduct effective management of the use of mobile internet.
