Reform And Practice Of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational Education And Training Work

According to the Ministry of Public Security Some important problems about comprehensive deepening the reform of public security frameworksaid, comprehensively deepen reform of the public security focuses on three aspects:Firstly, we will focus on perfecting modern policing work, improvement of ability for Social security and Social management level; Secondly, promote the reform of administration of public security, improve the management efficiency and service level;Thirdly, establish ruling by law of public security, We should be effectively improve law enforcement in government administration and work to ensure that laws are enforced in a standard, fair and civil manner. Police education and training system is an important force to improve the police to maintain public safety standard and adapt to the evolving situation, which is directly related to the future level of the professional quality of the police and the effect of the implementation of the policy even affects the entire public safety governance. The full playing of the social functions of the police depends largely on their own professional quality. China’s social life has undergone greatly since 1978. With the construction and improvement of the domestic public security training systems, police education and training system is also catching up in the tide of building a harmonious socialist society. With a series of reforms and developmental process of public security, the police education and training of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been constantly self-improving and developing. But due to the training methods, training systems and other aspects of police education and training system in Inner Mongolia, there are still some problems. These problems slowed the development and improvement of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region police training system and the establishment of an adequate quality professional team. Police training institutions conveyed a lot of persons with ability for Inner Mongolia administration of public security and made an outstanding contribution for Inner Mongolia police team. But it has some shortages in sustainable developments of human resource of police team, and also in the work of establishing the high-quality and specialized police team. This paper resolved the physical meaning of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region police education system, discussed the current achievements and problems in Inner Mongolia police education and training system and made recommendations on this basis. It also provided a reference for the improvement of police education and training system in Inner Mongolia.
