Research On Migrant Workers Management By Marx And Engels Social Ideological Perspective

Strengthening management of migrant workers is the important link to perfect the system of social management and promote the harmonious development of society. Although Marx and Engels didn’t systematically discuss the problems of social management, their social management thought still existed. Social management ideology could be used to analyze the problem of migrant workers management and guide our country of migrant workers management practice, in order to help raise the level of the management of migrant workers in China. As the instruction of Marx and Engels’s social management thought, this article attempts to analyze the history and status questions of China’s migrant workers management, search the solutions of achievements and problems on the basis of my survey data. This research could make a small contribution to career managements of migrant workers of our country.In the introduction part, background and meaning of the selected topic are concluded, while systematical reviews about Marx and Engels’s thought of social management and management of China’s migrant workers research progress at home and abroad in recent years are summerized. In this section,the concepts, research ideas and methods are introduced, while focus, difficulties and possible innovation of article are also explained.In the first part, policies and conditions about floating population of migrant workers since the founding of new china people’s population are discussed. the reform and opening up could be divided into reform and opening up to date since the beginning of the founding of the before and after reform and opening up two times, each time and according to the characteristics of the population flow and the characteristics of national policy is divided into different stages, carding the historical process of China’s migrant workers management briefly.In the second part, combining with Marx and Engels social management thought, the current situation of the management of migrant workers in China are analyzed including the achievements and problems. Existing main problems need to be emphasized.In the third part, on the basis of combination of questionnaire and interview data, the current problems in the management of migrant workers of our country are analyzed by the basic position of social management ideas of Marx and Engels, viewpoint and method. In order to find the root cause of the current management of the main problems of migrant workers and effectively improve the management of migrant workers to provide evidence, this analysis is mainly begun from the governing body, management and social environment.In the fourth part, on the basis of Marx and Engels social management theories, combining with management mode of Keqiao District in Shaoxing, management problems of migrant workers and improve the management are proposed. It would be hoped to promote the management of migrant workers.In the conclusion part, the main points of this article are summarized, the principles that the migrant workers need to follow and the problems to be studied further are also defined and clarified.
