Investigation Of Drug Problem In Lanzhou Railway System

Drug has become one of the greatest public nuisances and drug issue is a worldwide problem faced by every country in the world. The issue is related to the economic development of a country, its national constitution, existence, social harmony, and social security, attached with extraordinary significance. It's the common desire and urgent demand of people in all countries to prevent drug abuse. Besides, fighting against drug crimes has become a very important task of the judiciary.Through surveying the situation of the drug users and drug crimes within the jurisdiction of Lanzhou Railways Bureau, this article analyzes the current situation and causes of the drug issue within the jurisdiction of Lanzhou railway system and sums up experience of anti-drug campaign in order to provide material analysis and theoretical support for antidrug campaign.The key of survey in the article is divided into two parts. One is to cultivate investigate and analysis of the current situation of the drug users amidst the railway system and to research the causes of drug-addiction. The other is to analyze and sort through the drug crime cases broken by the railroad police station, especially the type of drug crimes and drugs, the way to hide drug, and causes of drug crimes such as historical ones, geographical ones, cultural and social ones, etc. What's more, typical cases and relevant charges are also explained.Nowadays the promulgation and enforcement of the Narcotics Control Law marks that China's drug control cause has taken the road of legal administration and is the symbol of ruling our country, especially the anti-drug campaign by law. In order to implement and enforce the Narcotics Control Law, Lanzhou Railroad Police Station, combining with the work characteristics and methods of Lanzhou Railways, take various measures to control the drug users and publish drug crimes, having played an active part in drug control.
