Urban development area has played an increasingly important role in urban development. Public services provided in the development area have also attracted extensive attention and become a hot topic in the society. The research of public service management in the development area is related with not only the economic development and social progress of Yangquan, but also the overall social development of Shanxi Province.Based on the profound analysis of the current situation and deficiencies of public services in Yangquan urban development area, some measures are put forward in a relatively scientific way, hoping to improve the effect of public service management.
