| In accordance with 2013 elder population and old-age career data released by Guangzhou, over 60-year-old household registered elders have exceeded 1.33 million at present in Guangzhou, accounting for 16.03% of total household registered population. For now, Guangzhou has entered the intermediary aging society initiatively. Traditional family endowment mode has suffered sharply increasing pressures, aging problem has been outstanding gradually, endowment work has faced with huge challenge.Although Guangzhou municipal government strives to promote the improvement of community service and build a good community endowment platform, some difficulties still exist in the specific practice of each community. This paper takes Yingcai Community of Qianjin Street, Guangzhou City as the investigation object and develops investigation on the current situations of its endowment service for the demand of endowment service and existing problems in this community. Then suggestions like collaboration between government and communities, intergration of existing resources as well as meet all aged people’s practical needs should be put forward to make a better establishment and improvement of the community endowment service.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part includes the research background, research significance, research methods, the domestic and foreign related research present situation. The second part lists the core concepts and the theory evidences of the community endowment service. The third part is about the investigation on the current situations of the Yingcai Community’s endowment service. The fourth part analyzes the problems of the Yingcai Community’s endowment service and the reasons. The fifth part introduces the domestic and foreign typical regional and national community endowment service experiences. The sixth part gives some suggestions to improve the Yingcai Community’s endowment service. |
